Trampoline & Tumbling Program

Our Trampoline & Tumbling program is designed for young athletes who want to take gymnastics to the next level. With a focus on aerial movement, body control, coordination and safe progression, students build confidence while mastering the exciting world of trampoline, tumble tracks and advanced floor skills.

What participants will do:

• Practice safe take-offs, controlled landings, tucks, jumps and rolls using trampolines and tumble tracks.

• Develop strength, balance, spatial awareness and coordination through fun, dynamic drills and circuit-based challenges.

• Learn body-position, twisting, and control training in a supervised environment with certified coaches guiding each step.

• Advance at their pace through age-appropriate progressions, while building a foundation that supports other sports such as diving, cheerleading or parkour.
