Special Needs programs at Twist N Turn Gymnastics provide a supportive, inclusive, and sensory-aware environment for athletes who benefit from smaller groups and individualized attention. Classes help participants build strength, confidence, coordination, and body awareness while exploring gymnastics skills at a comfortable pace.
Caregiver-supported and independent options are available, with trained coaches experienced in adapting activities for a variety of physical, cognitive, and learning needs. Each program encourages social interaction, movement exploration, and positive physical activity experiences.
