Recreational (ages 6+)
This co-ed program is designed for school-age kids who want to learn and progress in gymnastics while staying active and having fun. Using Twist N Turn’s 9-level system, participants build strength, coordination, and confidence across all Olympic apparatuses.
What to Expect
Skill-Based Circuits — Athletes rotate through stations that teach and reinforce gymnastics fundamentals like vault, bars, beam, and floor.
Progress Tracking — Each child is assessed and receives a report card at the end of the session, celebrating growth and setting future goals.
Inclusive & Supportive Environment — Classes are welcoming to all skill levels, with certified coaches guiding each athlete at their own pace.
Fitness & Friendship — Kids stay fit, make new friends, and enjoy creative movement in a non-competitive setting.
