What to Expect

Age-Appropriate Circuits — Children rotate through stations designed to teach basic gymnastics skills like rolls, jumps, and balances.

Progress Recognition — Participants receive a participation ribbon and are encouraged to celebrate their growth and effort.
Independence & Readiness — Children must be potty trained and able to use the gym toilet independently.
