About
Recreational Girls B
Our Recreational Girls B program is designed for gymnasts who have already developed basic skills and are ready to take the next step in their gymnastics journey. With more time in the gym and exposure to advanced progressions, participants gain confidence, strength, and precision while building on the foundations established in earlier levels.
What to Expect
Skill Development — Focus on perfecting handstands, cartwheels, bridges, and rolls while introducing more complex skills such as round-offs, walkovers, and strength holds.
Apparatus Progression — Continued training across vault, bars, beam, floor, and tumble track, with more time spent on skill combinations and routines.
Increased Challenge — Longer classes allow for deeper focus on form, endurance, and sequencing.
Confidence & Independence — Students learn to set goals, work independently, and build resilience through consistent practice.
