Recreational Girls A

Our Recreational Girls A program introduces gymnasts to a wide range of apparatus and foundational skills in a fun, supportive environment. With guidance from certified coaches, participants build strength, flexibility, coordination, and self-confidence while progressing through level-based instruction.

What to Expect

  • Fundamental Skills — Focus on rolls, handstands, cartwheels, bridges, swings, balances, and jumps.

  • Apparatus Training — Athletes rotate through vault, bars, beam, floor, and tumble track to experience the full range of gymnastics equipment.

  • Progressive Learning — A structured level system ensures that each gymnast is challenged appropriately and can track their development.

  • Confidence & Team Spirit — Classes encourage independence, focus, and collaboration while celebrating individual milestones.

Program Details

  • Designed for girls ages 6 and up (entry-level recreational stream).

  • Typical class length: 60 minutes, once per week.

  • Term-based enrolment with opportunities to advance into higher recreational or pre-competitive levels.
