Recreational Boys A

Our Recreational Boys A program introduces young athletes to the fundamentals of gymnastics in a fun, structured, and supportive environment. With guidance from certified coaches, participants build strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence while learning the foundations of men’s gymnastics across all major apparatus.

What to Expect

  • Foundational Skills — Focus on rolls, handstands, cartwheels, bridges, jumps, and basic bar swings.

  • Apparatus Exposure — Training includes floor, vault, bars, rings, and tumble track to give athletes a well-rounded start.

  • Strength & Coordination — Conditioning exercises are incorporated to build core strength, balance, and body control.

  • Confidence & Discipline — Students develop listening skills, focus, and independence through progressive instruction.

Program Details

  • Designed for boys ages 6 and up, beginners welcome.

  • Typical class length: 90 minutes, once per week.

  • Term-based enrolment with opportunities to advance into Boys B or pre-competitive streams.
