About
Girls Advanced is an invitation-only gymnastics program designed for athletes age 7+ who have progressed to Level 7 or higher in the recreational pathway. This class offers extended weekly training (1 hour 55 minutes) with a strong focus on advanced skill development, strength training, conditioning, and individualized progression.
Coaches tailor drills and skill work to each athlete’s abilities, helping students refine technique, build power and flexibility, and safely work toward higher-level gymnastics skills. While this program can be a pathway into the Xcel competitive team, many athletes join simply to continue challenging themselves and enjoying the sport without a competition requirement.
