About
Boys Advanced Recreational is designed for male athletes ages 7–15 who are training at Level 5+ in the recreational program and demonstrate strong strength, focus, and listening skills. This class provides a more advanced training environment with increased attention to conditioning, power, and technique.
Athletes work on the men’s artistic gymnastics apparatus, including floor, pommel horse drills, rings, vault, parallel bars, and high bar, with progressions tailored to each student’s abilities. The program helps boys build confidence, develop advanced physical skills, and continue moving through the recreational pathway—whether they aim to pursue competitive gymnastics in the future or train for personal enjoyment.

Duration: 1 hour 25 minutes per week
