Etobicoke Girls Softball League Mission & Vision The Etobicoke Girls Softball League is committed to promoting the sport of softball by ensuring that every girl in the community has the opportunity to participate — whether she is brand-new to the sport or already experienced. The league’s vision is to make softball accessible, inclusive, and enjoyable for all girls, creating a program that families value and players want to return to year after year. Commitment to Safety and Standards The league maintains a safe and respectful environment through clear expectations for all volunteers, coaches, and staff. These include: Defined responsibilities, time commitments, and required orientation and training. Ongoing communication, support, and supervision for volunteers. Strict conduct standards: no unsupervised time with children, no drugs or alcohol, no abusive language, and consistent modeling of positive behavior.
