Our Creative Movement class (ages 3 to 5) offers a gentle, imaginative introduction to dance and movement, where little ones learn through play, exploration, and music. This program is designed to nurture body awareness, coordination, rhythm, and confidence in a fun and supportive environment.
What to Expect
Exploration Through Imagination — Each class invites children to move like animals, follow musical soundscapes, or create stories with their bodies, helping to spark creativity and expressive movement.
Fundamental Movement Skills — Through games and guided activities, students develop balance, spatial awareness, musicality, body control, and coordination.
Creative Confidence — We encourage students to try new movements, make choices, and express themselves — all with gentle guidance and positive reinforcement.
Group Interaction — Activities build social skills, listening, and cooperation as children move together, follow direction, and share space.
Smooth Transition — This class helps prepare children for more structured dance forms (ballet, jazz, etc.) when they’re ready.
