About
TAG Performance Studio offers a variety of specialty gymnastics programs designed to help athletes build advanced physical abilities, confidence, and performance skills. Programs include Acrobatic Gymnastics, Dance Acro, Trampoline & Double Mini, and Advanced Tumbling.
Whether your athlete is developing foundation skills or preparing for competition, these classes focus on:
Balance, flexibility, strength
Tumbling and acrobatic progressions
Air awareness and safe aerial development
Partner and group acro skills
Trampoline fundamentals and competitive pathways
All programs take place in a safe, supportive environment with certified coaches.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a $45 insurance fee that is required to be paid at the beginning of each new season. The season runs from July to June 2026. This fee is not refundable.
