Shining Stars
Our Shining Stars program is designed for children in the early years who are ready to explore movement in a structured and playful gymnastics environment. This 60-minute class blends foundational gymnastics skills with imaginative play to build coordination, confidence and joy in motion.
What to Expect
Movement Foundations — Kids engage in fun circuits using mats, beams, and bars that encourage rolling, balancing, jumping and body-control.
Coached & Structured — Guided by certified instructors, the class ensures safe progressions, positive encouragement and a focus on fun.
Playful Environment — With games, music and age-appropriate apparatus, children learn gym skills while having a great time and making friends.
Pathway to Progression — As children grow comfortable and confident, the Shining Stars program serves as a strong stepping-stone toward higher levels of recreational gymnastics.

Designed for younger gymnasts (approximately ages 3 to 4.5 years, depending on readiness and intake)
