TAC Mini MBA Program!
The Mini MBA Program gives young learners an exciting introduction to the fundamentals of business, entrepreneurship, and leadership. Designed for two age groups—8–11 and 12–16—the program helps students build confidence and curiosity while exploring how businesses work in the real world.
Throughout the program, participants explore core business areas such as finance, marketing, human resources, and operations. Through hands-on activities, interactive lessons, and real-world scenarios, students learn key concepts like budgeting, strategic planning, market research, collaboration, and problem-solving.
More than just business theory, the Junior MBA Program focuses on developing essential life skills. Students strengthen their critical thinking, decision-making, communication, and leadership abilities through group projects, discussions, and presentations—all in a fun, supportive environment that encourages creativity and initiative.

What should my camper bring?
Please pack a refillable water bottle, extra snacks, a change of clothes, a sun hat, and sunscreen.
Will there be physical activity during the day?
Yes. While most of the day focuses on classroom-based learning, campers will enjoy light physical activity during snack breaks and lunchtime, led by our coaches.
What is the camper-to-coach ratio?
We maintain a 10:1 camper-to-coach ratio to ensure personalized attention and a high-quality learning experience.
