About
TAG Performance Studio in Etobicoke offers recreational gymnastics and movement classes for children, teens, and adults. Programs include Parent & Tot, Kindergym, recreational gymnastics, acro, trampoline, tumbling, and sports performance conditioning, with activities designed to build strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, confidence, and fundamental gymnastics skills.
Younger children can explore movement through playful circuits and age-appropriate activities, while older participants develop skills on equipment such as bars, beam, floor, vault, and trampolines. Parent & Tot classes encourage caregiver participation, and Adult Gym is open to participants ages 16+ who want to learn new skills, revisit old ones, and stay active.
