About
Technique for actors ready to go deeper. Intermediates train voice, body and honest character choices through improvisation and scripted scene study, working with conflict, action and given circumstances. The curriculum draws on improvisation, scriptwriting, comedy, physical theatre, contemporary and classical dance, Shakespeare, mask, mime, vocal training and musical theatre. Because theatre is made collaboratively, students also practise giving voice to their own ideas and building on everyone else's. 90 minutes a week through the term, ending in a live theatre performance.
