About

These classes are for our youngest swimmers (ages 6 months - 2 years) and their adult caregiver. Children will be introduced to fun activities in the water to activate the movements that will eventually lead to swimming. By the end, your child will be comfortable having their face in the water, and will have learned basic movements while being supported. They will also be introduced to gliding, and continue to practice other movements. Through structured activities and play, children will also become comfortable submerging themselves under water. Parents are required to be in the water for all classes. Supervision: Children 9 and under must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 16 years. Not sure what level to register for?
