Gr 1-2 Acro

Acro is a highly disciplined art form that combines power, mobility, and coordination. It is an artistic and physical practice of dance and gymnastics focusing on limbering and tumbling as well as flexibility, inversions, and partnering. TRAC faculty follow a specific set of progressive skills to ensure safety, creating confident and capable movers who captivate audiences with their athletic feats.

To ensure the safety and success of all our students who take Acrobatics, each child will be expected to maintain a very attentive and focused attitude throughout each class. We may suggest that students who struggle with the structured classroom environment try other styles of dance that suit their needs and abilities.
