All Stars
Our All Stars program is the perfect next step for young gymnasts who are ready to expand their skills and take on new challenges. Designed for children aged 6 and up, this class builds on the fundamentals developed in earlier programs and introduces more advanced techniques, strength work, and apparatus training — all in a fun, supportive environment.
What to Expect
Skill Advancement — Gymnasts refine cartwheels, handstands, and bridges while learning new elements such as walkovers, pullovers, and beam routines.
Apparatus Training — Athletes rotate through vault, bars, beam, floor, and tumble track, gaining confidence and control on each event.
Strength & Flexibility — Classes include targeted conditioning and stretching to support safe skill progression.
Confidence & Team Spirit — Coaches encourage focus, resilience, and a sense of accomplishment as gymnasts celebrate personal progress and teamwork.
Program Details
Designed for ages 6 and up, or by coach recommendation.
Class length: 60–90 minutes, depending on level.
Term-based program with clear progress pathways into higher recreational or pre-competitive gymnastics streams.
