About

Advanced Recreational Gymnastics builds on foundational skills and introduces more challenging techniques in a structured and supportive environment. Athletes work on:

  • Rolls on beam

  • Advanced bar swings

  • Trampoline skill development

  • Vault approaches and take-off mechanics

  • Strength and flexibility conditioning

Participants must have a cartwheel or walkover to join this program.
This class is ideal for athletes who enjoy gymnastics and want a more technical, skill-focused training environment without the commitment of competitive programs.
