About

Acro combines dance and acrobatics to help dancers develop strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and control. Students will work on skills such as rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and safe progressions toward more advanced tricks while maintaining strong technique and musicality.

Classes follow the Acrobatic Arts syllabus, providing a structured and supportive approach to skill development. Dancers progress at an appropriate pace while building confidence, body awareness, and a strong technical foundation.
