Youth Boxing Program (Ages 9–14) Our Youth Boxing Program offers a dynamic, age-tailored training experience for children ages 9 to 14 who are ready to build skill, confidence and athleticism. In a structured, fun, and inclusive setting, young boxers learn essential techniques, develop fitness and cultivate the mindset of an athlete. What Participants Do: Master fundamental boxing movements: jab, cross, hook, uppercut, footwork, guard and body positioning. Engage in drills and partner work designed to improve coordination, speed, agility and reaction time. Box intelligent-conditioning sessions combining technique, bag work, pad drills and movement circuits. Participate in age-appropriate sparring (optional and supervised) to apply skills in a safe, controlled environment. Train in an encouraging atmosphere where effort is rewarded, sportsmanship is emphasized and personal growth is celebrated. Why Families Choose This Program: Designed specifically for youth: all drills and sessions are coached for kids aged 9–14. Builds physical literacy, fitness and foundational skills that support any sport or active lifestyle. Helps young athletes develop focus, discipline and resilience—skills that carry beyond the gym.
