This playful parent-and-child program invites little chefs to explore food, creativity, and connection through hands-on cooking and sensory-rich activities. Held in High Park three mornings a week, it’s a delicious way to build confidence, independence, and early life skills. What to Expect Hands-On Learning — Toddlers and preschoolers measure, mix, mash, and pour with help from their grown-ups, building fine motor skills and kitchen confidence. Creative Expression — From colorful ingredients to playful plating, each class encourages kids to explore food as a form of art and storytelling. Connection & Community — Families bond through shared experiences and meet others in a warm, inclusive environment that celebrates curiosity and joy. Nature & Sensory Play — Activities often include outdoor exploration and sensory-friendly setups to support diverse learning styles. Program Details Ages: 1.5–5 years; designed for toddlers and preschoolers with a caregiver. Class length: 2-hour sessions (Tuesday–Thursday, 9:00–11:00 AM).
