Rising Stars The Rising Stars program is designed for children aged 4½ to 6 years who are ready to move beyond beginner-level gymnastics. In this exciting hour-long class, participants focus on refining fundamental skills, building body awareness, and gaining independence in a joyful, active environment. What to Expect Skill Progression — Students work on more advanced movements such as handstands, cartwheels, bridges, and introductory beam and bar work, tailored for kindergarten-aged gymnasts. Structured Learning — A certified coach leads a mix of circuits and station training that reinforce strength, coordination, flexibility, and form. Fun & Confidence — With upbeat music, age-appropriate props, and supportive instruction, children grow their gymnastic ability while enjoying every minute. Pathway Focused — Rising Stars prepares gymnasts to transition smoothly into the 6+ Recreational stream with solid fundamentals and confidence.
