Parent & Tot (18 Months – 3 Years)

Our Parent & Tot program is a playful, welcoming introduction to dance for little ones ages 18 months to 3 years, with the comfort of a parent or caregiver by their side. Together, you’ll explore music, rhythm, and creative movement in a safe and supportive environment that sparks curiosity and joy.

What to Expect

Bond & Move Together — Parents (or caregivers) join their toddlers on the dance floor, helping with simple steps, playful activities, and gentle stretches.
Early Motor Development — Activities focus on balance, coordination, body awareness, and rhythm — all through age-appropriate games and music.
Confidence & Comfort — A relaxed, supportive atmosphere helps little ones feel secure while trying something new.
Fun Foundations — Introduces the basics of dance and group participation, preparing children for independent classes when they’re ready.

Next Step: Graduates typically move into our Preschool Dance or Creative Movement classes as they grow more confident and independent
