Our Acro class offers dancers a fusion of dance technique with acrobatic elements — building strength, flexibility, balance, and expressive performance skills.

What to Expect

Skill Progressions — Students work on tumbling and acrobatic movements such as cartwheels, handstands, walkovers, backbends, and other tricks, taught in safe, age-appropriate progressions.
Strength & Flexibility — Focused conditioning and flexibility training support control and stability for acrobatic skills.
Dance Integration — Acrobatic elements are woven into choreography so that tricks complement musicality, flow, and performance.
Technique & Safety — Emphasis is placed on alignment, proper execution, spotting, and building skills gradually to reduce risk.

Schedule & Details

Age / Level: By placement according to ability and readiness
Curriculum: Aligned with foundational acro / tumbling principles
Attire: Form-fitting dancewear; no restrictive clothing; bare feet or dance-appropriate foot coverings as required
Advancement: Students move up in level when technique, consistency, and readiness warrant it
