Kindernastics Weekday Mornings
This playful morning gymnastics class is perfect for preschoolers who love to move, jump, and explore. With age-appropriate circuits and imaginative activities, Kindernastics helps kids build strength, coordination, and confidence in a fun, structured setting.

What to Expect

Skill-Based Stations — Children rotate through gymnastics circuits designed to teach rolls, balances, jumps, and basic movement patterns.
Creative Movement & Play — Sessions include music, games, and storytelling to keep kids engaged and learning through play.
Supportive Instruction — Certified coaches guide each child with encouragement and clear steps, helping them grow at their own pace.
Independence & Readiness — Children must be potty trained and able to use the gym toilet independently.

Program Details

Ages: 3.5–5 years; co-ed and beginner-friendly.
Class length: 55-minute sessions

Enrollment: Registration opens June 14, 2025; limited spots available

The Winter 2026 semester runs January 5 – March 13, 2026, with no classes on Family Day (Feb 16) and March Break (March 14).
New athletes pay an annual $56.50 insurance/registration fee.
