Adventure Camp in French

Adventure camp takes young campers through premium physical literacy, ensuring that campers build a foundation of physical excellence through exposure to various sports and activities. Depending on location, campers learn the fundamentals of soccer, basketball, tennis, dance and intro to martial arts.

The weekly activities include arts and crafts, storytime, camp songs, and low organizational games (where campers learn fundamental movement skills).

Students build foundations for sports and french vocabulary understanding that helps them to be future fully francophone sports stars.

Le camp d’aventure emmène les jeunes campeurs à travers une alphabétisation physique de haut niveau, en veillant à ce que les campeurs construisent une base d’excellence physique par l’exposition à divers sports et activités. Selon le lieu, les campeurs apprennent les bases du football, du basket-ball, du tennis, de la danse et de l’initiation aux arts martiaux.

Les activités hebdomadaires comprennent des activités artistiques et artisanales, l’heure du conte, des chansons de camp et des jeux à faible niveau d’organisation (où les campeurs apprennent les techniques de mouvement fondamentales).

What is the camp ratio for the Adventure camp group?

- We hold a ratio of 5 campers to 1 coach and cohorts of 10 campers to 2 coaches.

What are the sports that campers will participate in?

- Sports include: Soccer, Basketball, Dance, Gymnastics, and Mixed Martial Arts

What other activities will campers participate in?

- Low organizational activities include: Arts and Crafts, Adventure Walks, Camp Games, Sign Alongs, scavenger hunts, and more!

What do I need to pack?

- Please pack: a refillable water bottle, extra snacks, extra change of clothes, sun hat, sunscreen.

What should my camper wear to camp?

- We suggest dressing your camper in comfortable athletic wear that they will be able to run and play in. Regular running shoes will suffice.

Will the camp take place indoors or outdoors?

- Camp sports and activities will take place both indoors and outdoors.
