Jack of Sport Swimming

Our Swim Program offers structured, 55-minute lessons designed to help children build confidence, water safety skills, and strong swimming technique at every level.

Swimmers are grouped by ability, with all swim levels running during the same lesson hour, making it convenient for families with multiple children to attend together.

Lessons follow a proven coaching approach: explain, demonstrate, practice, and motivate. Each class includes stroke technique, deep-end skills, endurance swimming, and fun swim-based games to keep learning engaging and effective. Families receive mid-term progress evaluations, electronic report cards, swim level badges, and participation gifts to celebrate each swimmer’s achievements.
